We aim to advance the practice of cardiac surgery through collaboration among perioperative care teams, focusing on high-quality patient care, innovation, and education. Our commitment includes improving outcomes, enhancing patient safety, and supporting the professional growth of our team members.
Teaming is a dynamic, flexible way of working together to achieve a common goal. It's a verb that involves coordinating and collaborating without the structure of a traditional team. Unlike a stable team where members get to know each other over time, teaming is about quickly coming together and working efficiently.
Registrations are limited to 100 participants including surgeons, anesthesia, perfusion, intensive care, and nursing. Teams of two to five are encouraged.
